Automatic hanging assembly line system is an intelligent equipment that combines clothing,home textiles and other industries with computer science,information technology,power electronics and control theory.It is an effective tool to improve the efficiency of clothing production and the level of enterprise production management.The control system is the core of the whole system,is the key of fusion of motion control and intelligent production management.The performance of control system directly determines the quality of automatic hanging assembly line system.The development of control system for foreign automatic hanging assembly line is more mature,strong stability and high degree of intelligence.The research of this product is still in the primary stage in China.China is the largest textile and garment producing countries in the world,there are great social significance and market prospects to strengthen the research of the hanging system and improve the production efficiency of manufacturing industry.The control system is developed based on the automatic hanging assembly line equipment that researched independently of a complete set of functions,and is studied the key technologies of it.Finally put into actual production application.This paper makes a comprehensive research on the automatic control system of hanging assembly line system1 ?
