As IBM's “wisdom of the Earth” has been classified as the national strategy of the United States,China also proposed the “Experience China” ideology.“Internet of things(IOT)”,as the core of “Earth Wisdom” and “Experience China” has begun to flourish in the development of the world,its application in indoor intelligent increasingly perfect.Indoor IOT is a hot spot of the application research of Wireless Sensor Network(WSN).Due to the limited energy of sensor node and complex network environment,the research and design of the WSN routing protocol for smart laboratory has important academic and practical significance.This paper on the background of the needs of laboratory intellectualization construction application.An analytical study is made on Adhoc On-Demand Distance Vector.An improved algorithm based on ant colony algorithm and multipath routing mechanism has been presented,which extended the network lifetime of ZigBee and improved the overall performance of WSN.Firstly,the research status of routing protocols in wireless sensor networks has been analyzed.The network layer of ZigBee has been studied,including the network topology,the networking technology and the address allocation mechanism.And the structure and characteristics of ZigBee wireless sensor networks and smart laboratory has been presented.Secondly,on the basis of the basic ideas and working process of ZigBee routing protocol and the actual situation of smart laboratory,the design of WSN routing protocol in smart laboratory has been proposed.Through the introduction of the improved ant colony algorithm and the multi-path routing mechanism,a new multi-path routing protocol LD-ACO-AOMDVjr which based on AODVjr has been presented.The simulation results show that the improved routing protocol has obvious advantages in the aspects of convergence,packet loss rate,network energy consumption and network lifetime.Finally,with the aid of the software hierarchical architecture and the network data service information of the Specific application scenarios,an universal information management system for the smart laboratory has been presented.The information management platform which based on client and server(C/S)architecture has been designed.The efficient management of data service information and the visual display of network topology information and improved algorithm path optimization are realized.
