With the increasing improvements of the complexity and the constantly shortened development cycle of aviation products,aeronautical manufacturing technology put forward higher requirements for the manufacturing of complex precision components and large components,so the traditional manufacturing process is facing a huge challenge.With its characteristics of free forming,full digital,no mold,high utilization rate of materials and etc,3D printing technology provided a new research direction to aeronautical manufacturing technology.Through complementary collaborative development,the introduction of 3D printing technology in the field of aircraft design and manufacture,helped to solve the problems of high cost of individual small batch manufacturing complex products and meet the needs of customers,and significantly reduced the development cycle of product model.At present,the development of 3D printing technology has been mature,and widely used in medical,automotive,mold,aerospace and other fields,but in the field of aviation manufacturing,especially in applications requiring high reliability products in the field of civil aviation has just started.It is necessary to verify the application of 3D printing technology in aviation manufacturing,and obtain its application technical specifications and standards in the field of aviation manufacturing.The main purpose of this subject is to explore the application of 3D printing technology in the field of aviation manufacturing.The current situation of the development of 3D printing technology at home and abroad and the successful application of the case based on the "aero engine turbine blade hole" printing was studied by using FDM technology,3D printing products verified the aerodynamic shape and geometrical dimensions and surface printing effect,analyzes the influence of mechanical error small turbine blade precision processing,according to the number of "the reasons of error and error of material shrinkage.The mechanical error is mainly composed of printing speed,positioning,which does not match the quantity and speed of cause;3D data processing errors mainly because the printing products for surface fitting degree is not high;shrinkage error is caused by printing too high temperature,moderate temperature and vice versa.It provides reference for the application of3 D printing technology in the field of aviation manufacturing.
