With the increasing pressure on employment In recent years,"employed and resigned" as a career show came into being.This paper mainly combines the discourse analysis theory frame,take "employed and resigned" column as the case of discourse analysis,in the discourse theory perspective,expanse the study of discourse in the show from the discourse analysis,the discourse construction process analysis,the nature of the discourse analysis.This article expanse the study of "employed and resigned" mainly from the discourse theme,discourse text structure and so on.The program revolves around a specific job search topic,with a specific program process,construct the whole job hunted story by the host,the workplace,Mr.Job,and job seekers.Through the analysis of the narrative perspective and the role of the discourse,this paper expounds the process of discourse construction.In this process,the program presenter acts as the producer of the topic,the workplace,Mr Job is the distribution of the topic,And job seekers are the topic of the narrator.Through the in-depth analysis of the process of discourse construction,I found that "employed and resigned" are in line with the mainstream values of television discourse from discourse theme to discourse perspective and discourse role setting,to guide the correct employment values,help the audience positive outlook on life.
