As an advanced automatic control system,vacuum equipment control system is widely applied in electronic semiconductor industry,mechanical processing industry and other fields,but with the rapid development of Internet real-time communication technology and management models continue to upgrade,the traditional local monitoring mode has been unable to meet the needs of information technology production.Through the Internet communi cation technology to achieve the remote monitoring mode,has gradually become a new direction of automated monitoring system.In this subject,for the equipment unit monitoring is insufficient,real-time performance and other issues,a remote monitoring system for vacuum equipment,which takes a remote monitoring system for equipment of a vacuum equipment factory as the project background is designed and developed based on B/S mode.The subject is mainly discussed for the system architecture,functional mod ule design and data communication technology of the remote monitoring software.Firstly,the demand analysis of the vacuum equipment system is carried out.B ased on the comparison of the C/S and B/S network architecture,a remote monitoring mode based on B/S mode is proposed.Secondly,deploy the remote monitoring website,and use Web Socket communication technology and Ajax technology to establish a real-time data communication with server,at the same time,the server use database technology and network communication technology to interchange data with field PLC,temperature control instruments and other equipment,leading to achieve the remote monitoring function of the vacuum equipment system.Finally,according to the actual needs of the system,design remote monitoring module,communication module,historical data query module and other software function modules in detail.The system uses Visual Studio 2012 as the development environment to design and develop a remote monitoring system based on B/S mode.The system administrator can monitor the operation of field devices anytime and anywhere in the Internet environment,not only optimize the traditional equipment Monitoring mode,but also make up for the real-time poor shortcomings which completely use th e database as a data source.The remote monitoring system in the practical application shows that the system is stable,and it's real-time performance is good,at the same time,the system achieves the remote monitoring of vacuum equipment,and the system has beed proved feasible.
