With the rapid development of Internet technologies, computer networkingtechnology has become an important application of industrial control field. The mainkind of current remote monitoring technology is the one that offers control andmanagement for field equipment via network based on computer technology. Its mainfunctions include device control, data collection, scheduling management, alarmfunction, and the like.The research topic of this article takes antenna equipment as the control object,implement the development of the antenna control platform based on Web programtechnology. This subject uses asp.net network-based programming technology and C#development language to program, also use Oracle database to process data. To boostoverall performance, the platform uses Ajax technology which is able to gain timelyresponse of page actions. Meanwhile the platform uses Socket technology to realizedata exchange based on communication protocol, which improves efficiency.After consulting a large number of documents and investigation, the subjectdesign the general framework of the platform which includes Web server, proxy serverand database system. The main task of this paper is to project the Web server and thedatabase system. The function in the platform can be divided into three models, whichis platform operation, platform management and platform maintenance. This paperdiscuss the realization process of the database system and the main models in detail.
