With the rapid development of science and technology,spectrum resources can not meet the needs of the research in the field of microwave.However,the new resources of frequency band gradually are achieved by the growing trend of the microwave to the millimeter wave.In addition,the reason for the nonradiative dielectric wave-guide is regarded as one of the most attractive devices in the millimeter wave field is that the transmission line with the lowest conduct loss in very high frequency and in the discontinuous place,which promote the development of integrated circuit chip in the millimeter-wave.The content of this thesis is based on the nonradiative dielectric wave-guide,which is the new type of wave-guide.The technology of substrate integrated is used to generate the substrate integrated nonradiative dielectric wave-guide.This wave-guide not only retained the advantages of the nonradiative dielectric wave-guide,but also solve the difficulties,such as the poor stability,difficult to integrate with the planar circuit.In this paper,I propose some new type structures of power divider and leaky-wave antenna,which is based on the substrate integrated nonradiative dielectric wave-guide.The design structures are simulated by using the 3-d electromagnetic simulation software,from which we got a series of results,meanwhile,we chose the best structure to do the follow-up studies.Based on the previous research to design the structure of the substrate integrated nonradiative dielectric wave-guide.Furthermore,the co-planar wave-guide and the transition structure of co-planar wave-guide to slot-line is used for simulating the leaky-wave antenna and the power divider respectively which are based on the substrate integrated nonradiative dielectric wave-guide,in addition,the triangle transition is designed in order to ensure the impedance matching,and according to the simulation and measurement results,the rationality and feasibility of the design is verified.
