Design And Realization Of Mobile Policing System Based On Hybrid App

With the increasingly development of the information-oriented social security and the further implementation of "Golden Shield Project",information system has been gradually introduced into and become wide spread in the police work for law enforcement,which can help improve their ability for inspection of vehicles,combating and prevention of crimes,and case investigation.The management of information for mobile policing has become more important to the informationization of public security,especially on the street and on the move,making it much convenient and easier for the police to solve cases.The mobile terminal-and mobile Internet-based rapid law enforcement is also a very important means for the information sharing of policing data,the promotion of work efficiency,and the improvement of better decision making.This paper,based on the analysis of the needs of mobile policing for public security,introduces the present situation and the future of mobile application development.With the introduction to the composition,structure and the development process of Hybrid APP,the mobile application development platform,it provides a solution for mobile policing with a complete mobile application development framework.It then discusses the design and realization of the policing system for a public security bureau based on that framework.Specifically,the functions of the system are:user login;one check for all;personnel check;objects check;case check;and PGIS application,etc.To improve its transportability,applicability,and compatibility for different computer operation systems,ExMobi framework has been adopted for the development of this system and technologies of java,Json,and HTML5,appropriate in cross-platforms and transportability,have been used for programs of mobile applications.
