The Design And Implementation Of Mobile Policing Detecting System Based On CDMA

The mobile policing is the main direction of the development of digital policing, while the commanding in cooperation is a key factor in investigation. This paper combined these two factors in order to enhance the ability of the investigative department in commanding, quick response, cooperation and dealing all kinds of emergencies in time, thus make this department an important part in investigating.In today's policing investigation, real time monitor and precise positioning represent the high lever of investigation, they can find and control the suspect, and get the evidence in time. So far, the application of all kinds of monitors in the road and public places (like the electronic monitors in every corner of the city) has exerted a positive effect, however those fixed video monitors can only inspect certain appointed locations and scope, and fails to cope with any emergencies. In these cases, wireless mobile monitor will be a great help, which can control the remote location and switch between the monitored locations. With the irreplaceable advantage, it is an effective supplement to the fixed monitor. Besides, the combination of wireless mobile monitor, orientation technology and Geographic Information System can help to make precise estimation, control and strike, therefore give a powerful support to the command. Based on the CDMA communication system, this paper constructed a mobile policing investigate system combining the monitor, orientation and commanding, which is an effective supplement in policing investigative commanding system.The main points of this paper include:1. It studied the relative principles and application of mobile policing investigative system, including CDMA wireless data transmission technology , video compress technology, positioning technology and GIS technology. It combined these technologies with the practice of investigation, thus built a policing investigation commanding platform2. Taking the characteristic and need of modern criminal investigation into consideration, it has designed the construction of mobile criminal investigative system; designed and realized the frame and functional model of its subsystems.3. Applying the multi-way CDMA model, the wireless remote data transmission platform provided transmission channels based on remote wireless video transmission and GPSONE positioning. The platform can also provide a feasible solution to the application of remote transmission in investigation.4. Based on the application of GIS, this system can manage and apply all kinds of data of investigation by adopting both the application and data interface to share the relative data of criminal investigation safely.5. It can integrate other systems and hardwares (eg. Infrastructure for communication), link the outside information net with the work environment. With the help of mobile policing investigation system, we can analyze the final result to get an improved blue print.
