Development And Management Of Correspondence Education Management Platform In Sanming University

Correspondence education is one of the most important parts of adult continuing education.It provides learning opportunities for continuing education of adults,and is an educational form to train a large number of excellent talents for all walks of life.However,the adult correspondence education service is a special group,which is different from the full-time college students,and its population is broad,scattered and diverse.The students in the school management,teaching project management,teacher management,teaching management,examination management,student achievement management,graduate management,workload,complicated process,such as not supported by scientific methods and advanced methods rely on manual management,work hard to complete.In order to change the traditional educational administration mode of correspondence education,realize the automation of the routine work of the educational administration and promote the level of running a school,it is necessary to develop a correspondence educational administration management system.This paper takes Sanming University to Correspondence Education Administration Institute of education as an example,using the structured life cycle method in the development process,through the system planning,system analysis,system design,program design and preparation,implementation and maintenance of system operation and evaluation stages,to create a student information management,teacher information management of course,management,student achievement management,examination management,educational management,system management and other 7 subsystems.Access 2010 and SQL Server are selected as the database,and programming is realized with VBA.This paper mainly introduces the function design of the system and the related technology used in the system implementation.At the same time,in order to improve the efficiency of project management,optimize work flow,in the development process of the project,the planning and control of project schedule and cost,resource allocation and other issues in the project management tool Microsoft of Project software,so the compression of the management system development cost,improve the efficiency of the system development.Operation of the development of educational management system of correspondence can not only realize data sharing,avoid duplication of work,will also gradually standardize the college teaching management work process,improve work efficiency,the realization of information management.
