Intelligent building is to provide an efficient,comfortable and convenient humanized building environment by optimizing the structure,system,service and management of the building according to the needs of the users.Intelligent building is a modern building technology,software engineering technology,automation and control technology and network communication technology,each technology and platform also contains a different function of the subsystem,in order to enable a building to achieve intelligent,so that the whole building " Live " up,you need to integrate the various subsystems.At present,the intelligent building integrated management system can not effectively integrate the various subsystems and equipment to the unified platform for integrated monitoring and unified management,there is information can not be shared,can not unified query information and low degree of visualization and many other issues.Building Information Modeling(BIM)is based on the advantages of powerful information sharing,3D visualization and collaborative management,which can effectively solve the dilemma faced by the current intelligent building integrated management system.Therefore,based on the analysis of the status quo of intelligent building integrated management system,this paper discusses the integrated management model of intelligent building system based on BIM,and puts forward an idea of integrated management of intelligent building system based on BIM to help owners or property operators to optimize Building operation and maintenance system integrated management.This research is based on the literature research method,the interdisciplinary research method,the interview questionnaire research method and the case study research method.First of all,through the domestic and foreign intelligent building and system integration related literature research summary and induction analysis.Secondly,the results of expert interviews and questionnaire survey are used to summarize the problems faced by the current intelligent building integrated management system.In view of these problems,BIM technology is fully integrated into the intelligent building integrated management system,and the solution ideas and methods are found.On the basis of clarifying the goals and principles of system integration,the architecture of the system is designed from the system integration theory and application level,and the framework of intelligent building integrated management system based on BIM is formed.The intelligent integrated management system needs to meet the six main functional modules,namely,the system management function module,the real-time three-dimensional information browsing function module,the fault alarm and the emergency command,the intelligent integrated management system needs to meet the six main function modules,namely the system management function module,the real-time three-dimensional information browsing function module,the fault alarm and the emergency command Function module,daily maintenance management function module,historical information query function module and data interface management function module.On the basis of this,the six functional modules are designed and analyzed in detail by using the standard modeling language UML,and the BIM model database of the integrated management system is reconstructed and the secondary lightweight processing is completed.Then,according to the needs of the airport terminal management and the owners of the various subsystems related business BIM model requirements classification,the establishment of the terminal BIM integrated management system,and then the terminal integrated management system,the main functional modules System operation and test analysis,according to the true effect of the test feedback carding.On the basis of the two comparative tests,it is proved that the new BIM integrated management has obvious advantages in 3D visualization graphical display,information integration,information query and collaborative management.Finally,the conclusion of this research is summarized and the future research is forecasted.The BIM-based intelligent building integrated management system designed and implemented in this project can guarantee the information sharing among the subsystems of the unified 3D visualization integration platform in intelligent buildings,the organic connection between the system and the equipment,and the fast linkage response between the subsystems;The integrated system strengthens the real-time monitoring and management of the subsystems and equipment,and the integrated system is easy to expand and maintain,and the intelligent integrated management of the buildings is realized.The research of this subject can be used for the integration of BIM technology in intelligent building systems Provide theoretical and case reference.
