In the traditional sense,we may think the middle school ideological and political educat ion is mainly conducted in ideological and political(moral)class,and its development and implementation of activities is primarily the responsibility of the Church and State Depart ment and other relatively fixed number of sectors,but it often ignores the function of sch ool libraries in this area.It is one of the important reasons why this once marginalized m iddle school library in school education.In recent years,with the rapid development of m odern information technology,digital campus network project of promoting makes digital li brary in the middle school campus have strong popularization,the promotion and the role of middle school library in school education and position to get a lot of ascension,for th e high school ideological and political education provides a wider space;At the same tim e as reading to promote more and more to rise to the level of national strategy,middle s chool library as an important part of middle school students' reading promotion is more a nd more shoulders on the responsibility of youth ideological and political education.This r equests us in this special group more deeply understand and master students of thought an d behavior characteristic,in the school library to specific how middle school library on mi ddle school students play the principal responsibility of ideological and political education;At the same time we will have to ideological and political education of middle school li brary and public library and distinguish the ideological and political education of universit y library,so you can more deeply grasp the internal rules of ideological and political edu cation middle school library,to better promote the efficiency of the ideological and politic al education.This article is divided into five parts.The first part is “Introduction”,mainly through re view describes the origin of the problem and the research's significance,the status quo of the research question and so on.The second part states the importance in ideological and political education of the middle school students from the status of middle school library in the school education,for young students to create a good education environment.The third section discusses the process of Middle School Library ideological and political educ ation function,and were described in detail the contents and features of capabilities,etc.The fourth part expounds the factors influencing middle school library ideological and poli tical education's function from the perspective of macro and micro,coming up with the vi ew that “librarians and readers”,“library literature resources”,”intermediation” are the mai n factors affecting middle school library ideological and political education's function of th e play.The fifth part explores and puts forward five measures such as "doing a good job in the library environment construction and creating a good environment for education”,“enriching the collection of document resources,optimizing the resources' structure and im proving the quality of library collection","strengthening reader's training in order to impro ve the ideological and political quality of the middle school teachers and students”,"to str engthen the construction of librarian team and improve the librarians' ideological and politi cal quality","to strengthen the cooperation in campus and to strive for the support of soci ety" to ensure the efficiency of the function of the middle school library ideological and political education on the bas-is of its four principles such as "the principle of comprehen siveness and integrity","target and level principle" and "progressive and scientific principle" and "the principle of openness and innovation".
