With the rapid development of intelligent robotic industry,industrial automation has become more and more dependent on the intelligence of robot,and the development of robotic arm has been paid more and more attention.The design and implementation of the robotic arm is very complicated,relates to robotic construction,computer vision,sensor technology,electronic information technology,control engineering and so on.Based on the premise of industrial automation production,handling and processing demand,this paper introduces the background significance and the trend of current robotic arm technology.Based on the application of robot technology,this paper did some word on the robotic arm control technology.Firstly,this paper discusses the research of background and significance of the robotic arm,and analyzes the development of the robotic arm at home and abroad.By combining the visual system with the robotic arm,this paper proposes an improved background difference subtraction method based on image regionization,which uses the different strategies to update the image and greatly improves the background accuracy and robustness.In this paper,The incremental background difference subtraction method is used to expand the application.This paper improves the bar code detection technology and greatly improves the detection accuracy and speed.Then,this paper continues to study the structure and the interpretation of the robotic arm.The position of the robotic arm is described in detail,and the equation and solution for the system are deduced by the D-H method.The problem of two-dimensional platform of objects and the ways of gripping were discussed.Finally,the system designed a full-featured,user-friendly,clear authority,smooth robotic arm control system,which achieved the control and management of the robot.The system can not only meet the various control need of the robot,but also provides users with rights management,operation query and other functions,the effect is excellent,effectively reduce the management of the work intensity,greatly improving the efficiency of the arm control management,regulate the management of industrial robotic arms process,contribute to the good development of the arm.
