At present,the steel products have become industrial products in the field of low-margin products because of overcapacity in the steel industry.Competition in the steel industry is very serious.Strengthen the production process of information technology has become the iron and steel enterprises to enhance the profitability of the necessary work,the ironclad transportation and production mode of "get the ladle done at one go" use the intelligent management information system more safely,reliably and stably.It has become the focus of iron and steel enterprises in the production process research.Based on the "get the ladle done at one go" in a domestic steel production process of iron package transportation production mode as the research background,design and research based on RFID and optical fiber communication technology of iron package real-time tracking system,and the practical application of the system carried on the thorough analysis and research.First of all,the hot metal ladle transportation mode in the "get the ladle done at one go" mode of production of specific technological process are analyzed in detail,and the functional requirements of the hot metal ladle real-time tracking system are comprehensively analyzed,identified the complete functions is implemented,and the implementation of specific principles are analyzed in detail.Secondly,combining with the steel mills "get the ladle done at one go" production mode specific transport routes to molten iron transportation system was proposed based on RFID and optical fiber communication technology of iron package overall design scheme of hardware and software,real-time tracking system is described in the installation of each functional module equipment implementation method and has illustrated instructions,and completed the hot metal ladle described in this paper,the real-time tracking system equipment specific installation position and the overall scheme of the specific wiring design.Finally,giving the system debugging method and of the whole system running and maintenance method."Get the ladle done at one go" for the steel plant production pattern of molten iron transport system provides guarantee safe and stable operation.
