| In the year of 2008,with the process of marketization in China,the financial newspapers made progress gradually and constantly.Under this trend,21 st CENTURY BUSINESS HERALD,CHINA BUSINESS NEWS and NATIONAL BUSINESS DAILY became the most powerful financial newspaper media.As the representative of emerging financial newspaper,CHINA BUSINESS NEWS was established by Shanghai radio and television station,BEIJING YOUTH DAILY and Guangzhou Daily Group in 2004.In these years,CHINA BUSINESS NEWS,which adhere to the idea of being responsible for the age,are setting off a wave to the age of financial newspaper media.At the same time,comparing to the same kind of media,CHINA BUSINESS NEWS has its own strengths,though,this newspaper still exist some shortcomings.In the paper,I analyzed the news of CHINA BUSINESS NEWS and THE WALL STREET JOURNAL during October 1 to December 31 in 2015.Through literature analysis,I found that CHINA BUSINESS NEWS had made great efforts in paper editing,topic selecting and layout designing.From 2004,when CHINA BUSINESS NEWS was founded,it continually made improvements in its own news and designing.In this process,the brand power of CHINA BUSINESS NEWS has greatly improved.But the problem is that,comparing with THE WALL STREET JOURNAL and FINANCIAL TIMES,the concept of positioning of CHINA BUSINESS NEWS is not clear enough,besides,the page editing of CHINA BUSINESS NEWS is not attractive enough to form its own irreplaceable characteristic.In addition,after revision in 2016,some changes that CHINA BUSINESS NEWS made is not conductive to the expression of the brand concept.Under the trend of declining profits of newspaper,CHINA BUSINESS NEWS continually shrink its version.However,whether CNINA BUSINESS NEWS can succeed in page editing still lies in whether CHINA BUSINESS NEWS can position it properly and whether CHINA BUSINESS NEWS can create iconic brand and news. |
