Flight mechanism is a kind of necessary mechanical device of Stage grid roof,used for stage performances to increase effect of stage performance,which mechanism,also can be used for Film and Television production,large theatre performances,etc.Flight mechanism can be divided into the Orbit system and the Non-orbit system,this topic is a research of non-orbit single point of double motor coordination control of two dimensional flight control system.At present,there is till a large gap compared to the European and American developed countries,on the part of the level of automation,design scheme,control performance and investment costs of the stage flight mechanism.Therefore,develop a stable,reliable and low cost two-dimensinal flight mechanism control system,it will bring socical economic benefits.The main works of this paper are as follows:1.The thesis according to the basic requirements of two-dimensinal flight mechanism control system,designed the overall design scheme of control system,and according to the structure of flight mechanism choose the major components.Then designed the electrical control scheme of this type system,and the motor adopts AC frequency conversion speed;The encoder can be used to detect the velocity and the position parameters;PLC controller receiving the signal of internal given value or external feedback value,and according to the internal logic operation and then performance the specific actions.2.Flight mecharism control system's main goal is to be able to according to the known path of trajectory tracking,thus establishing the control system of kinematics model and motion equation is derived,draw in the coordinated control on both sides of the calculating formula of wire rope length,velocity and acceleration.For the trajectory tracking speed jump,in the process of using the parabolic interpolation.Designed the PID closed-loop control system,and motor rotation speed as control input for simulation analysis.3.PLC played the main role in control system controller,implementation of field information acquisition,data communication and the implementation of the control algorithm.Flight mechanism control system software is programming with STEP7 software,PC monitor software is using WINCC.The design of human-computer control interface can achieve operator and machine interaction,the control system real-time monitoring,alarm,data logging and other additional features.4.All research work has been summarized,other questions of two-dimensinal flight mechanism control system are simply analyzed,and the orientation of future researching is elaborated.
