So based on the situation of Jinjiang taxi company, the article study the Jinjiang taxi dispatching management system, and have business function analysis and design on the Jinxing taxi di spatching management system based on GPS technology to solve the problems arising from current operating in the company and improve the company's management level and efficiency.Based on the analysis about the present situation of Jinjiang taxi companies operating, it is concluded that at present, the main problem existing in the company operating is that the company's operating cost is high, the market supply and demand are imbalanced, empty loading rate is high, the waste of energy is becoming heavier and fatigue driving, etc. And in view of the existing problems, this paper analyzes the causes of these problems through 5Why analytical method, concluding that no specific scheduling department and no corresponding technical support are the root causes. Therefore, this article put forward the construction of Jinjiang taxi dispatch management system on the basis of the GPS technology. And then it ana lyses the requirements of Jinjiang taxi dispatch management system, demonstrating the necessity of us ing GPS technology first, and then analysis the feasibility of the system development. And it use UML technology to analyze the function requirements of system, then analyze project to Jinjiang taxi dispatching management system overall design according to a ctual needs.
