Mainly in the high rate of empty taxi and the passenger get on taxis inconvenience,and so on.Although the management of the taxi used in more types of systems, but with the new mobile communication technology, the existing taxi dispatch management system there have been deficiencies in management. As a result, research-based third-generation mobile communication technology,network technology,GPS (Globe Positioning System) technology,GIS (Geographical Information System) technology to establish a high degree of automation of the taxi dispatch system for taxis to carry out rational management, improve operational efficiency has been Imperative.This article dispatching a taxi full of research and technological development and application at home and abroad, the taxi industry for the management and technical characteristics of the demand put forward by the third generation mobile communication technology-based scheduling system management framework. Papers used GPSONE technology, WEBGIS technology and JSP technology.This article focuses on the work of the taxi dispatching system.
