This thesis studies deeply the development of taxi scheduling and monitor technology and the domestic and overseas application status of these technologies. Framework of Taxi Intelligence Management System is proposed in this thesis according to the management characteristics and the technology requirement, which is based on the technologies of RFID,GIS,wireless communication, and computer network and subsystems of hardware and software are also designed. This system is provided with many functions, it can monitor, attempt and manage the taxi. At the same time, this system insured the chauffeur and his property in safety. Taxi Intelligence Management System is the way to realize the effective information management.We selected the GSM/GPRS network as the wireless communication in this project, combined with the technologies of domain name server and Internet application, the mobile station can communicated with management center. The information of taxi and drivers which Taxi Intelligence Management System need be adopted from the RFID technology.This thesis puts emphasis upon the design of software subsystem of system. According to performance requirement, the software subsystem can be divided into security management system, taxi scheduling system and office automation system. Designs of all functional system, database and system function framework. At last wo realize the Taxi Intellgence Management System .The system adopts C/S and B/S mode, The latest series Windows operating system and MySQL 5.0 database as the development platform, Visual C++ and Delphi as a development tool to realize the whole system. It is also given of the integration of GIS functions on the platform of MapInfo 6.0. Furthermore, the system executes practically and it is proved that the design objects of the system are achieved.
