The speed-up in the process of china's urbanization and the approach of car times and the development of traffic bring precious opportunity to the Dragon broadcasting channel.The emergence of new media seriously impacted the traditional broadcasting market,but the rapid rise of traffic radio has changed the traditional broadcasting market downturn predicament and began to appear "relatively strong" situation.With the continuous innovation of new media technology,the competition between different media forms is fierce,but the homogeneity is serious.In order to talent shows itself in the competition and maintain the competitive advantage,on the basis of continuous innovation,Longguang radio station improved performance appraisal system,which can be better to motivate the various departments and employees and to achieve long-term development of the channel.Based on the summary and analysis of the literature on the performance evaluation of the media organization,this paper focuses on the "Three-dimension and Two-element" media organization performance evaluation model.Then using the methods of questionnaire and interview to investigate the performance appraisal system of the Heilongjiang traffic station.Based on the survey results,this paper explores the problems of the performance appraisal system.Based on the analysis results,this paper improved the Heilongjiang traffic existing performance appraisal system,from aspect of the appraisal system optimization principle,optimization ideas,improvement and evaluation index system of evaluation index quantification standard and assessment plan implementation optimization etc.
