SAP Implementation Process Research In Company W Based On Risk Management

In recent years,with the wave of manufacturing capacity reduction,"Internet+" and intelligent manufacturing,large and medium-sized manufacturing companies are paying more and more attention on the information systems.Among all of the enterprise information systems,ERP system is the most important one.SAP ERP system is the world's leading enterprise management solution.More and more companies realize that SAP solution can provide a better Corporate Governance and they are willing to put it in use.This paper takes the SAP project in W company as a research object.Firstly,introduces the project current situation and problems and proposes the main problem for this project is there is no existing proper implementation methodology for the particular business requirements of W company.There are some existing methodologies like SAP ASAP.But they can't include all processes to solve this problem.The methodology based on risk management is the best solution for this project implementation.It is feasible and necessary to combine risk management theory and traditional methodology.Secondly,it lists all risks through expert judgment and uses SWOT tool to design a model of the Probability and Impact Matrix for this project.Puts all these risks into the model and get the priority of them.High risks include team risk,procurement risk and technology risk.By researching all high risks,it gets the risk management principle is team incentive,procurement integration and optimize technology.Based on the principle,design the whole project implementation process.Finally,this paper analyzes the project scope,investment and revenue.Point out that this project is strictly implemented in the scheduled scope.The biggest achievement is that W company gains more standardized business processes for corporate governance.This would be a good basis for company listing in the future.After this project,the risk analysis methodology in a project is spread in each business aspect of W company.It gives a good base for risk management in the project implementation and will lead a positive impact to other projects in the future.
