With the deepening of the integration of informationization and industrialization,enterprises are making use of information technology and advanced management ideas to build a modern enterprise production and management platform,in order to improve the management level and core competitiveness of enterprises.Among the numerous information projects in enterprises,software projects have become an important core content of information projects.How to correctly implement software projects and achieve the desired results is an important topic of enterprise information construction.In order to ensure the successful implementation of enterprise software projects,this paper studies the construction and implementation process of enterprise software projects from the perspective of risk management.This paper takes the risk management of MES project of H company as the research object,uses the idea of system decomposition to manage the risk of MES project,decomposes the project risk according to the software functional structure and software process stage,and carries out risk identification,risk assessment and risk control for the whole life cycle of software project according to the theory of project risk management.In the process of risk identification,the risk factors in the software process phase of MES project are systematically identified by using the methods of WBS,RBS and WBS-RBS risk coupling matrix.On this basis,the Bayesian network risk assessment model is established by using fault tree to objectively evaluate the risk of the MES production process subsystem of H company.The results of risk assessment give the corresponding risk control measures.The risk management of H company's MES project effectively identifies and prevents the main risks in the process of software project development and implementation,greatly reduces various uncertainties in the process of software project construction,and on this basis,formulates reasonable solutions to possible problems and puts them into practice,thus improving the probability of success of MES project.At present,MES project has been successfully operated in H company and achieved good results.The successful implementation of this project lays a foundation for the future digital processing and transformation of enterprises,and also strengthens the risk awareness of project managers,and accumulates risk management experience and data for future software project construction of enterprises.
