Ansteel Group Corporation has inherited the paper warranty for its ship plate products.Therefore,the manufacturing factory prints hundreds and even thousands of warranties every day and mail them to Classification Society for certification.The certified warranties will be sent to Ansteel again and finally mailed to customers.Such business process has a longer processing cycle,lower efficiency,time consuming and effort consuming.Sometimes,when ship plates are delivered to the shipyard but warranties are still in the processing of mailing,which causes products to be unable for use.It makes many troubles to customers' production and management.In order to shorten the certification cycle of Ansteel Group 's certification cycle and improve the enterprise's after-sales service quality and the market competitiveness of products,this paper designs an electronic authentication system for ship plates based on the Ansteel's current business situation and information construction of Classification Societies of Ansteel and other countries.This paper analyzes the domestic and foreign research situation of product certification,digital signing technology and network security technology,explores the business situation and functional demands that the ship plate certification is limited to time and space and proposes the overall plan for electronic authentication system of ship plate products.In the plan,for the situation that some classification societies still adopt the traditional paper certification method while some have used independently developed electronic authentication system,different designs are completed to support classification society to log in Ansteel's ship plate products electronic authentication system to realize certification as well as support them to certify products in their own system and then send the certification results to Ansteel's ship plate products electronic authentication system.After determining the overall plan of the system,the paper further completes system architecture design,technical program design,backup strategy design,overall functions and detailed functions design and system interface design.The technical solution employs PDRR as the network security model,SHA-1 as the digest algorithm of digital signature and Web Service as the way to realize warranty heterogeneous system transmission.As network environment becomes increasingly complicated,warranties are possibly intercepted,tampered and faked in the storage,processing and exchange.In order to ensure its legal effect,data integrity and anti-counterfeiting,this paper improves and optimizes the selected network security model and digest algorithm.Risk evaluation is added to the PDRR Model;Four Improvement Algorithm is proposed in the use of SHA-1 with the principle of improving the operation logic of certain link of the original standard algorithm.Finally,the paper realizes the electronic authentication system for ship plate based on the B/S Architecture,including five functional modules,e.g.,u ser safety login,ship board product certification,comprehensive information query,statistics of the amount of visa,download of warranty books.It mainly solves the time and space restrictions as well as other problems like data and network security.
