Industrial building structure influenced by the industrial production and the natural environment and other factors,resulting in the durability of industrial building structure is becoming increasingly serious,making industrial buildings often cannot achieve the desired service life,Durability of industrial buildings structure has posed a serious threat to the safety of industrial production,and the degradation and deterioration of the performance of industrial buildings have caused the maintenance and reinforcement costs of industrial structures to increase,which has brought great losses to the national economy.Therefore,the design and optimization research of wireless monitoring system of durability for industrial building structures can not only make up the defects of traditional industrial building structure detection technology,but also ensure the safety of industrial production process and play an important role in promoting the development of national economy.On the basis of researching the status quo of research on the durability of monitoring system of industrial building structure,this paper summarizes the current development status of the durability detection technology for industrial building structure,and analyzes its defects.Firstly,this paper determines the parameter categories of durability monitoring for industrial building structures and the overall architecture of the wireless monitoring system,carried out the hardware selection and software design of the wireless monitoring system for industrial building structures,completed the overall design of wireless monitoring system for the durability of the industrial building structure.Secondly,the network simulation software NS-allinone-2.34 is used to simulate the wireless monitoring network of the industrial building structure.It is proved that the advantages of adaptive distributed disjoint Multi-path topology control algorithm(ADPV)for the wireless monitoring network fault tolerance in nodes connection restoration and network lifetime and other performance compared with the traditional disjoint path algorithm.Finally,this paper studies the application of large data technology in the wireless monitoring system for durability of industrial building structure,classifying the large data types of industrial building durability,the large data model of industrial building structure durability is designed,Using the Tableau large data analysis tool to visualize the durability data of the industrial building structure,completed the storage and management of the durability data of the industrial building structure.This study is of great significance to ensure the safe operation of industrial buildings,which providing reliable data support for the overall assessment of the service status and structural durability of industrial building structures,and it has practical significance for the maintenance and reinforcement of industrial buildings.
