With the development of robot technologies and increasing the bionics design,bionic service robot plays an increasingly important role in people's life.In this paper,wearable bionic mechanical dinosaur skeleton as the research object,using reverse technology to complete the acquisition and reconstruction of 3D geometric model of point cloud data.Then,based on the geometric model,the mechanical framework design is completed,and the solid modeling and virtual assembly are carried out in CATIA,and the motion trajectory of the main body is analyzed.Finally,using ANSYS software analysis and validate the strength of skeleton body part and internal pull strength fatigue life.And with the aid of CATIA ergonomics design and analysis module,model attitude evaluation and rapid upper limb assessment were carried out to determine the optimal operation angle,adjust and optimize the operation,and improve the operator's comfort.Through simulation analysis,this product can meet the design of the technology and performance indicators,to achieve a wearable operation.Wearable mechanical dinosaur on the mechanical way more intuitively and vividly show people the ancient dinosaur era style.It can also provide the basis for dinosaur science and has certain social value and economic value.
