| The competition of vehicle market is becoming white hot, more and more new cars are released. The car makers must accelerate the speed of researching. So they need a faster and perfect program at the design step of reverse engineering. Studied the measuring principle and scanned the automotive stampings by advanced measuring equipment, made the drawings of surface model by the CAD software. The technology of RE refers to the field of measuring,data processed,surface reconstructed,3D constructed, etc. We could cut down valuable time of design by reverse engineering. And we can not only apply these models in the stampings design, but also in the stiffness designs of stamping and die makings of stamping, etc.Studied the application of reverse engineering in the process of automotive stampings design in this thesis. Then built a relatively integrated and practical process about reverse engineering applied in the automotive bridge and relevant theories.Studied the key technology of surface measuring in reverse engineering. Discussed the ways of measuring and further researched the technology of digitized laser. Did some innovation research in the data cloud which need to be filtered. After that, proofed the result in the engineering application though reverse engineering software. The test proved that result improved the work efficiency.Then summarized the theories of NURBS surface and how to separate the data cloud. Listed several methods about surface construction by CATIA. Gave a design method about the combination between original engineering and reverse engineering.According to the theories and technologies referred in this paper, made the 3D,2D drawings of automotive bridge by the advanced measuring equipment and drawing software. The factory had received the drawings, put them into production. The theories and technologies referred in this paper also can be utilized in other surface model design which has the similar structure characteristics. |
