Design And Implementation Of Telephone Sales System

The internet technology development has been rapidly advancing in recent years,the telecommunication technology has been growing more and more matured as well.With those good news and inspirations,the demand of integrating telecom network,cable television network and computer physical network has increased stronger and stronger,hence,China starts up the pace of integration of three networks.At the meanwhile,the internet phone call costs cheap but it serves excellent voice quality,the end users are greatly increasing year by year.However,the traditional telephone selling system can only cover the telecom network,it can't reach to the users inside the internet network.Obviously,the traditional telephone selling system can no longer meet the market need.In this paper,we will resolve this problem by implementing a brand new type of telephone selling system that can connect to both networks,to increase the coverage of the potential clients and to increase sells.To accomplish the goal,I have been studied and doing a lot research on some related documents and books.I have a deeper understanding on the Model View Controller(MVC)structure,the working theory of Voice over Internet Protocol(VoIP),the details of Session Initiation Protocol(SIP)and the Asterisk implementation of a telephone private branch exchange(PBX).I will apply properly the MVC technology into the telephone selling system base on the infrastucture of Asterisk.The working content is to design and implement a reliable and applicable telephone selling system base on the MVC structure,to study and make full use of the software solution of private branch exchange of Asterisk,which contains:the expanding application module,the encoding and decoding of conversion module,the file formats module,channel interface module.
