Research On Intelligent Data Collection And Report Generation System Based On LabVIEW

With the rapid development of society and the continuous improvement of demand,testing technology departments need to collect more and more data,while test reports are issued in strict accordance with national standards.Under such circumstances,it must ensure that the test data is authentic,normative and traceable.In this paper,we focus on the " Research on intelligent data collection and report generation system based on LabVIEW " as the title,study the intelligent transformation program,build intelligent collection and report generation system,research detection data reading technology and Word report generation technology based on ActiveX control,with the advantages of intelligent identification,improving work efficiency,building a simple,stable and reliable intelligent collection and report generation platform.It provides a simple and fast way for all kinds of detection systems,and has good engineering significance.The research was supported by the Guangdong Provincial Science and Technology Program(No.2016B010113001).The design of intelligent detection data and report generation system architecture,research and implementation of Lab VIEW detection data reading based on ActiveX,Lab VIEW Word report generation technology are contained in this paper and successfully applied to LED electrical parameters detection system,wire and cable detection system,improving the detection efficiency and automation level.The main work of this paper includes:? Based on the system requirements of the intelligent collection and report generation system,data collection,data processing,report generation,authorization security and other functions of the system are determined.The system architecture is divided into 3 parts including system security module,data processing module and report output module.At the same time,the function of each module and the workflow of the system are introduced.? Using LabVIEW to achieve the technology of user administration based on Lab VIEW,LabVIEW test data reading based on ActiveX control,Word report generation technology based on LabVIEW,analyze and design the automatic method of introduction and result evaluation of test standard during report generating.? Successfully applying the system to wire and cable detection system,put forward the system framework according to the general method of data collection and report generation in chapter three,customizing the system for wire and cable industry.Based on the actual test data,this paper analyzes the effect of the system and the traditional manual input method,and compares these two methods to calculate the efficiency of the system.? Successfully applying the system to LED electrical parameter detection system,analyze the LED electrical parameter detection in intelligent data collection and report generation system from user management module,control and data transmission module,detection data reading module,standard input module,result judgment module,report generation module,targeting to system customization of LED electrical parameters testing industry.Through experiments,verify feasibility of each system module function,analyze the report effect of the system and the traditional manual input method based on the actual test data,and compares these two methods to calculate the efficiency of the system.
