Because complex industrial object is non-linearity, uncertainty and time-change, this paper puts forward self-adaptive single neuron PID controlling arithmetic based on fuzzy adjusting to satisfy demand of these complex industry processes. The regular PID controller is applied widely in industrial process control because it has the characteristics that control principle is simple, use convenient and stupid is strong. Single neuron PID controller is made based on single neuron which has self-study and self-adaptive ability. This control arithmetic has simple structure, good acclimatization and better stupid. Because fuzzy control needn't to know accurate mathematic model of object, but is based on human thinking and producing experience, and because it applies language rule to describe controlling process and bases rule to modify the controlling arithmetic and parameter, so this mathematic has self-adaptability, it will realize production process control.Self-adaptive single neuron PID controlling arithmetic based on fuzzy adjusting is researched in this paper.
