During the time of the reports' generation, the article talks about security of the system in order to make the system run normally, and then it proposes two methods. Finally, Then the article introduces systematic user management and purview setting, system's interface and so on.Currently, the functions of physical report generation system have been realized and this system has already come into use. The system now is running smoothly, according to different users' different needs, it can generate several kinds of reports in short time. Feedback information indicates that the design of the overall scheme of this system is rational and the measure of solving problems is feasible.
