The environment of the mine downhole is terrain and poor,somewhere the light intensity is very low,and there are a lot of accidents,the concentration of gas and dust in underground air were very high,and it was easily lead to explosion,so it's necessary for real-time monitoring of downhole conditions.However,most of the existing mine cameras are flameproof,heavy and expensive,especially under the low illumination,but now people.can't satisfied with the video images which collected by the existing camera.Therefore to development a kind of night vision equipment based on intrinsically safe concept and can be used on low-light environments would be have great significance in the real-time downhole monitoring and security patrol.In order to get the high quality video image,the paper proposes a design of the camera that can be used in the mine downhole.It has low power consumption,at the same time,it carries the high sensitivity digital image sensor chip,which is intrinsically safe network camera equipment.Comparing the results of different proof tests.Finally,it uses Samsung S5PV210 which based on ARM Cortex-A8 as the main processor.To design and implement the entire equipment used the modular design concept.The main modules include video capture module,video decoding module,power supply module,light sensor module,auxiliary light source drive module,interface communication module etc.The video capture module use the MCCD analog camera on low-light and use 940nm infrared laser light as the auxiliary light source,to achieve the video capture under low illumination enviroment;the output of the PAL all TV signal is converted to digital signal from the TVP5150AM1 video decoder into a BT.656 format to the core processing unit,then the core processing unit convers the signal into NV12 format digital signal so as to compress the H.264 format signa for Ethernet transmits to the terminal to display;power supply module selects the VD10 series module produced by Ai Pu Electronics;the interface communication module contains an Ethernet port and other serial ports.The device's design follows the Ethernet transmission protocol to realize wired transmission of video data.The circuit adopts the block,double layer PCB and EMC design,greatly increases the stability of the equipment.Throughout the course of the entire circuit test,the equipment can meet the low power and intrinsically safe design,and other electrical functional requirements,and to achieve the general environment as well as analog video capture all black environment,and has achieve a real-time audio and video transmission and display.Experiments show that the mine intrinsically safe network camera can achieve low-light environments in underground to capture the video,and then process,and tranmit.It has a lot of practical value and significance.
