Domain ontology refers to the formal expression of the concept and the relationship between the concept of the specific domain,is essentially a shared resource description mechanism,which is used to describe knowledge and information in a certain field,and usually use the language to describe such as OWL and RDF.With the rapid development of information acquisition,storage and transmission technology,civil aviation emergency management domain ontology is facing the new problems of complex graph data processing in the era of big data.The mismatch between relational database and the complex graphics structure of ontology data on the model fundamentally restricted the large-scale ontology data processing ability.Neo4 j is currently more mature and high performance open source graph database management system developed by Neo Technology,Inc.It follows the property graph model,and is described by its developers as an ACID-compliant transactional database with native graph storage and processing.At the same time,it support massive data and quick graph queries.These characteristics are consistent with the complex graph structure of domain ontology.Therefore,this paper applied the Neo4 j database storage technology in the field of civil aviation emergency management.The main works are as follows:(1)Through the analysis of storage characteristics and application status civil aviation emergency management domain ontology(CAEDO),a RDF graph data storage method for domain ontology based on Neo4 j has been proposed.It has been studied that the relationship between domain ontology which uses the representation of RDF the labled directed graph structure and Neo4 j Graph database storage model.Combining the instances query for the domain ontology about civil aviation emergency management,this process has also been implemented that the mapping relationship between RDF graph and Neo4 j.While satisfying the domain ontology RDF graph data query,experiments further improve the efficiency of the query.Meanwhile the method also solved the problem of low efficiency of civil aviation emergency management domain ontology RDF graph data storage and query.(2)Since Neo4 j database does not support distributed processing,we designed a logical processing layer to be responsible for distributed-related logical processing.In this paper,theoverall system architecture of distributed storage was given,and the design details and related algorithms of the main modules in the system were described in detail.The partitioning method based on dynamic graph data flow has been used to verify the characteristics of distributed storage,implemented dynamic partitioning of the domain ontology of emergency management of civil aviation RDF graphs,provided support of method of the semantic retrieval and reasoning of RDF graph data in big data platform.
