With the rapid development of civil aviation, it requires greater security operating environment. Retrieve the required civil aviation emergency information is a important factor of decision-making for the civil aviation emergency management, which is an important part of the civil aviation safety management. Therefore, it is particularly important to improve the techniques of information retrieval for.assistant decision-making.Papers emphasizes on innovativation and research around the field of domain ontology-based semantic retrieval framework, query expansion method and semantic retrieval method, with the ontology and semantic retrieval technology. A semantic retrieval framework based on domain ontology is built and a semantic retrieval method based on the framework is proposed to solve the key issues for information retrieval. For the semantic information extraction of key words in the field, this paper proposes classified query expansion method based on the concept of domain ontology, which deals with location information, civil aviation emergency department and civil aviation emergency equipment information. Then discusses the implementation process of the algorithms involved in the query parsing, query generation, query results ranking and so on.Through the experimental comparison with traditional information retrieval, the mothod of domain ontology-based semantic retrieval is proved to improve the retrieval rate and precision rate, which provides methodological support for application research on ontology and semantic retrieval. This provides the actual reference to Further enhance civil aviation emergency management and decision support capabilities.
