Storage and query of Large-scale ontology data and data processing methods to effectively support data mining, it has important theoretical and practical significance for data processing and sharingcivil aviation industry.Aviation Emergency Management as a branch of aviation security information management,with large volumes of data and rapidly growing characteristics. At present, the civil aviation emergency management domain ontology generally stored by ontology file or relational database.Both storage mode is difficult to adapt to the environment of large data management requirements for emergency civil aviation and new technology trends.So this paper will combine the application of aviation emergency management domain ontology with the distributed computing and NoSQL storage technology.First, based on the analysis of civil emergency management domain ontology and its storage characteristics, We proposed a domain ontology storage method based on HBase.Using the domain ontology metadata RDF instance data is stored separately from the way. Given a storage model of class and attribute information of domain ontology and RDF instance data.And on this basis,we builded a prototype storage system and implemented basic data management using MapReduce and HBase API.Secondly,combining application,a basic graph pattern Query algorithm of domain ontology based on HBase API are implemented. Also,we analyzing the experiment and effect on the circumstance of Hadoop cluster,provided support of theory and method of the storage huge member of data of civil aviation emergency management domain ontology.
