Energy shortage and environmental pollution have become more and more concerned all over the world,and these two problems have become the major problems restricting the development of our country.For the cement industry,"low carbon cement,green development" has become the inevitable requirement of China's emerging economic model.Through the design of various control analysis software to improve the efficiency of energy use,has been implemented in many fields,and achieved immediate benefits.This paper mainly studies the cement burning intelligent monitoring system,through the computer to complete the online collection of energy data,and classification,data integration and analysis,in order to facilitate the energy consumption accurately and fast and real-time monitoring of the cement production process,and optimize the control.The following work is carried out in this paper on the 4# production line of XX cement plant:(1)First,analysis of cement calcining process system,a detailed analysis of the system parameters need to monitor the,and then determine the main control to optimize the grate cooler monitoring scheme for the control of the core.On the basis of the above,the function structure of the intelligent monitoring system is designed.Finally,the interface module,data processing module,communication module and optimization algorithm are designed in detail in the four modules.(2)According to the cement burning function and characteristics of the intelligent monitoring system for software development,then carries on the detailed design of the software interface,and completes the data processing module and communication module based on OPC protocol,further analysis of the OPC communication interface to read and write mode and work flow,finally design optimization control algorithm module press the rule base and the inference engine based on the construction of the grate,grate pressure optimal setting guidance system.(3)In the optimal control algorithm module,the K-means clustering algorithm is used to complete the operation of the grate cooler.Then the optimization algorithm to find out the optimal value of the thermal effect of grate cooler and its corresponding grate pressure set value optimization using dynamic recursion,and this as the expert knowledge,the establishment of the rule base and the inference engine,finally provide guidance value for users to optimize the grate pressure.
