Chinesemanufacturing need to deeply understand China’s manufacturing process, keep up withChina’s manufacturing industry market, enhancing the competitiveness of products,perfect after-sales service.With the high-speed development of modern manufacturing services and softwareindustry, the core of the service-oriented manufacturing technology is throughwired/wireless network real-time gathering a large number of equipment running statusparameters, analysis of state change trend, find fault prediction rule, improve the levelof operational service management.Many products company needs to collect lots of datasuch as the work condition,work location which is putting into use of the product. onthe basis of these data can be real-time monitoring of running status parameters, predictthe possibility of product failure or ACTS of theft, improve the operational servicemanagement level, fully protect the interests of consumers.In the field of engineeringmachinery, the field of the systems and control in devices is relatively closed, whenequipment downtime or equipment failure occurs, the fault information is difficult tosent to the control center in the first time.Therefore, we need to adopt the way of remotemonitoring the real-time of running status of equipment. The demand becomesparticularly when dangerous operations and extreme environment occurs.In such a case, this paper puts forward a multi-level of general data protocoldictionary of condition data, can make the developers only focus on business, shortens the time of the development of new systems. This design also increased the protocolmore flexibility and wider applicability.This article also puts forward the parsing andstorage mechanism of general protocol and can easily parse and package condition dataAccording to general data protocol dictionary.
