As the energy shortage and environmental pollution increase,state begins to intensify the government of energy environment and the electric cars enter into peoples' view.It is necessary to engage to the construction of charging stations as the electric vehicles are regarded as the infrastructure of electric vehicles.The monitoring system of the charging station,therefore,has the significant implication on researching and developing.This article depends on the.NET platform,designing a set of monitoring system to achieve the monitoring of electric car charging station,by searching the integral structure of the electric cars charging station.First of all,this report analyses the demand for monitoring system in detail and designs its whole structure,mainly dividing it into charge monitoring and distribution monitoring two sections.The charge monitoring is responsible for the collection of charge piles,chargers,consumption,battery power and BMS parameters,and the power distribution monitoring is in charge of the data collection of the high pressure room,transformer room and low pressure chamber.Secondly,it briefly explains the hardware of this system.Especially for the hardware interface and system,they would basically achieve the selection of the CAN Ethernet converter,power distribution room,multi-serial card.It mainly researches the hardware components of DC charging pile,AC charging pile and charging pile controller.On the other hand,the communication system would be designed and implemented according to the selection of hardware.From the protocol and communication protocol used in the charging pile,this report states the communication between the charging pile and the monitoring host particularly,as well as the charging process and charging principle of the charging pile.Furthermore,the transformer chamber instrument acquisition and implementation as an example,explaining the distribution room communication protocol and the realization specifically,interpreting the database server backup principle and the composition of the battery management system.Finally,for the designing and achievement of the electric car charging station,this report designs a total structure of the monitoring software,including the monitoring interface,communication module and database planning these three advantaged functions.In addition,it still analysis the electric car charging station monitoring system,realizing data collection,billing processing,monitoring analysis and so on,as well as the optimization process of the database.
