Design And Implementation Of Food And Cosmetics Case Handling System Based On Workflow

With the development of social economy,cases of illegal food and cosmetics emerge in endlessly in recent years.They lead to case handling becomes more complicated.Traditional method of case handling take a long time,waste more manpower and financial resources,which has not meet the requirements of the current social development.Therefore,it is urgent to looking for a new method instead of the traditional.At present,Food and Drug Administration has begun to implement the standardization and network management of case by adopting information technology in many areas.However,the unit of the grassroots supervision and administration in some areas involved many aspects,scattered and not concentrated,the lack of staff regulators,the backwardness of case handling equipment.To a certain extent,they restrict case handling expand in-depth.Therefore,the key to solve the problem is to build an efficient,convenient,coordinate food and cosmetics case handling system.In view of above problem,food and cosmetics case handling system based on workflow was proposed in this paper.This paper's main works are included following aspects.(1)The system functional requirement was analyzed.By analyzing functional requirement,user and there's authority were specified for the system.All the use case diagrams were drawn using UML use case analysis method.(2)Transaction flow based on workflow was designed.According to the workflow patterns of sequence and split,the series of workflow business process such as case handling,decision of punishment,execution of punishment and so on were designed in detail.(3)Each functional module of the system was designed.In accordance with the functional requirements of the system,it mainly includes seven modules: basic information,case handling,investigation evidence collection,decision of punishment,execution of punishment,cases filing and system management.There were analyzed in detail by using class diagram and sequence diagram from static and dynamic aspect.(4)The database of the system was designed.Database was designed from E-R diagram and database tables.The E-R diagram design describes entities and relations between the entities.Database tables were obtained and defined base on E-R diagramdesign.(5)Implementation and testing the functions of this system.The system was achieved based on B/S architecture and MVC pattern.The realization was described with some effects of interface diagram and program code.Finally,the functional test of the system was illustrated by some test cases.The errors in the design,coding and logic structure of the system have been fixed to ensure that it achieved the expected requirements.The system has been put into test running in Food and Drug Administration.After a period time of trail,it smooth running,improves the efficiency and reduces costs of case handling.
