College Student Information Management Platform Based On Web And Mobile Application

Technology of Office automation is constantly updated and improved since 1985,witch makes OA products integrated into many traditional industries.In recent years,more and more OA products also began migrating to the mobile intelligent terminal.Education OA products are not mature so far,and college information systems are too outdated to meet needs.The rapid development of higher education needs the support of a new generation of standardized information system.Today,there is no effective information system to support college counselors for student management,many problems are still plaguing teachers and students.For example,the enrollment procedure of student is cumbersome and the way for students to check announcements is unitary.To speed up the informationization process of the school management,to accumulate basic data,to improve overall coordination ability between education institutions,departments and teachers,and to promote the school management standardization,standardization,this paper researches and develop college students' information management platform based on Web and mobile applications.We researched the current information system and analyzed the needs of OA product in education industry.According to the object-oriented rule,the system is designed and implemented in a scalable and maintainable way.The platform's feature modules includes the registration modules witch simplifies the process by scanning QR code,and the message center module which makes the best of mobile Internet,as well as the award recommendation and loan-funding module,etc.By comparing the main technology framework,we suggest an integrated technical architecture proposal.B/S architecture are applied into the platform with SSM(Spring,SpringMVC,Mybatis).Using Apache CXF to integrate mobile application into the platform,giving full play to the advantages of mobile Internet.For mobile application base on HTML5,its performance and user experience are not satisfactory,we optimized the hybird mobile application's screen switching white page problem and long list slide stuttering problem,and list some other optimization methods.The project has been inputted into using,the feedback indicates this system's design,research and development fully satisfies the requirement of users and take convenience to them further.The development's expanse,maintainability and scalability are fully considered in my article's technical solution which is also useful for light-weighted enterprise-level application development.
