with the line LTE APP application and spread of the number of LTE users increased,the network has become increasingly obvious,mainly reflected in the coverage,interference,parameter setting,construction quality etc..The above problem is caused in some regions,the downward rate of LTE network.I rely on the advantages of Gansu mobile LTE network construction and optimization platform,and with the help of advanced test instruments,on the current caused by LTE network downlink rate decreased in Lanzhou area were analyzed,and found shortcomings in the LTE network and the problems to be solved.For example,the network structure is not reasonably caused by the four ultra(ultra near,ultra high,ultra far,ultra overlapping coverage)area and other issues.In view of the above phenomenon,I use the road test system and instrument,through the network structure optimization,key performance parameter optimization,network optimization,different frequency double coverage optimization,parameter optimization and other measures,the analysis of urban area results put forward the optimization scheme.The specific steps mainly include:(1)RF(radio frequency)optimization,that is,to optimize the radio frequency signal to adjust the base station engineering parameters,the cell parameter adjustment,to ensure that the distribution of the radio signal is normal.(2)The 3 mode to solve the interference problem,model 3(MOD3)PCI(physical interference is small ID interference between)divided by 3 after remainder of the same cell,which is PSS(primary synchronization signal interference caused by the same signal).(3)Through frequent testing to solve the problem of leakage and adjacent area.(4)To carry out special optimization work on each grid.This paper is based on the actual network optimization of Gansu mobile communication company.It proposed to upgrade the solutions about LTE network downlink rates through the network structure optimization ?key performance measures such as parameter optimization.After application,it enhanced customer satisfaction and improved the effectiveness of stable customer base,bringing some of the social benefits.
