With the development of the Mobile communication in recently years, the capacity demand of wireless network is increased rapidly. The communication quality of wireless network can be guaranteed only if region coverage is effectively and reasonably. Controlling the region coverage effectively can be realized and the radio waves propagation prediction model with high precision could be obtained only if wireless signal propagation is understood deeply. In this demand, I choose the theory of wireless network coverage combining with the practical application for the study direction of subject.Several kinds of traditional path loss propagation model in mobile communication system were discussed in this paper. Based on the introduction of wave propagation theory and mechanism, a systematic research in localization of these models was conducted. And study of the GIS, software engineering and mobile communications. Based on these theories the Mobile wireless network coverage optimization of engineering applications is the purpose. Combine the inverse prediction model with GIS, applied to practical projects. And solve the corresponding problems.Using Microsoft's.NET development platform and C# language to develop this system, Research and development of the radio wave propagation model based on inverse model friendly interface and functionality improved network optimization system software. This software have Friendly interface and fully functional.The main contributions and innovations in this paper are as follows:(1) Consummating the basic principles, modeling, and solving method of the inverse prediction model for propagation loss in the cellular networks; Used.NET platform designed and implements the network planning system software based on the inverse prediction model. In order to promote the studies of inverse prediction model to a deeper level in the further.(2) The platform used the geographic information data of Zhuhai and radio waves to drive test data. Realized the inverse prediction model to coverage optimization in project.
