End To End Evaluation System And Practice Of Transmission Network In Full Service Environment

With the large data and the Internet + era,the communications carrier business is rapidly from the main voice to the traffic-based development,in which carrying network data transmission pressure is growing.With the rapid development of the business,the the bottlenecks of network resources,network security,business quality,efficiency and other aspects become more prominent issues.The new challenges of business bandwidth,business characteristics,business flows and other aspects have emerged.It is an important issue for carriers to evaluate the existing network to meet the requirements of the transport network in the whole service environment.In this paper,the end-to-end evaluation system of the existing transport network is studied from the point of view of the whole service bearer.In this paper,the system of Packet Transport Network(PTN),OTN(Optical Transport Network),PON(Passive Optical Network)and other systems which are involved in the whole service is analyzed.Combined with the characteristics of each system,the network evaluation scheme and network evaluation standards for the network resources,network architecture,network security,network health,and business quality are made.For the PTN network,the 5 aspects of evaluation index are made,including the business support capacity,operation capacity,network topology,network security and rationality of clock assessment,and network health assessment,which establish PTN network evaluation system.For the OTN network,the 3 core indicators are made,including the business security,business support capabilities,performance and security capabilities,which set up evaluation system.For the PON network,the evaluation index is set up from 4 aspects: network capacity evaluation,network traffic,network information security and network reliability.Combined with Lanzhou mobile transmission network evaluation work,we make it practical for our network evaluation system to find the problems of the network,and the develop the corresponding optimization program to achieved good results.
