Overall Design And Key Technology Research Of Optical Network Planning And Optimization Software System

Along with the high-speed development of society, the world is approaching the information age. Telecommunications is not only our traditional concept of voice telephone service, and it is developing increasingly into the broadband business which consists of data, voice and image. In recently, as China’s telecommunications business has an unprecedented development, the traffic carried by the network is doubling year on year,and the combination of the traffic is unable to forecast and always changing. The optical network has got just a phenomenal opportunity in front of it, we need a mature and efficient network design tools.which can design a network powerful. This paper introduces an optical network planning and optimization software system. This system’s characters are practical, beautiful and high efficient, etc. It can completely meet the needs of construction, maintenance, optimization of optical network.With the structure of the optical transmission network becoming more and more complicated, optical network planning and optimization has the higher request, which means that we need to design a more reasonable, more effective and more reliable network. The software system has six basic functions.Those are business forecast, network planning, network survivability simulation, network evaluation, green planning, network topology management and so on.The routing algorithm used in the system includes D algorithm, BSP algorithm and comprehensive minimum cost algorithm. Except basic network routing,the system also provides green planning and rolling planning.In addition,network evaluations can analysis network resources performance and reliability.It is also the foundation of further optimization of the network. In this paper, several major evaluation factors and comprehensive evaluation based on the analytic hierarchy process are presented.The software system has perfect function,as well as the beautiful and practical interface.The end of the article,several function intefaces are introduced from the application perspective.
