Enterprise service bus, as a solution that implements management of enterprise service, effectively solved the communication and integration problems of the modern enterprise service based on different technology, is widely used and researched in various field. Presently, most researches at home and abroad on enterprise service management solution is focused on models and patterns of service communication and integration. But no fully functional enterprise service management system is provided. The service quality analysis and access management of modern enterprise service management system is weak. Enterprise service management system is not only the intelligent management center for the available enterprise service but also the universal interface for service users to interact with service in enterprise. So it is important to design and implement a enterprise service management system with complete function and usability. This thesis aims to design and implement a unified and extendable enterprise service management system based on Mule ESB using service-oriented architecture. Mule ESB is a lightweight Java-based enterprise service bus and integration platform. The system provides service registry and interface with support of Mule ESB. The system provides easy fundamental service composition patterns and service evaluation which is according to QoS and rating. The system implements “Enterprise UDDI Model” by using web crawler to get the service description information. Furthermore, The system uses RBAC model to manage service access and applies Apriori algorithm to solve inherited role derivation problem. This thesis analyzes the SOA, the framework and application of Mule ESB. Under the guidance of software engineering theory and methodology, through the architecture design, detail design, coding, deployment and testing, the enterprise service management system is accomplished and achieves the expected goal.
