Design And Implementation Of Electronic Doctor 's Management System Based On Workflow

Information technology is a modern information technology to bring a revolution to traditional industries. The traditional management model and philosophy hospitals are constantly receiving the information technology challenges. To face the new era background of global Internet +, German manufacturing 4.0,the hospital information construction must deeply grasp the national big data,China manufacturing 2025, medical Internet+and other national strategy and industry trends.We should be following the times,and insist on the top-level design,which can get ride of the information island.We should listen the needs of the users,and try to improve the experience of them. We must effort to establish the hospital information system which can match health states.The main task of this thesis is to achieve CPOE(Computerized Physician Order Entry).We tried to understand the works of doctors and nurses,and to grasp the original paper progress,which helped us to form the prototype of CPOE.After the prototype has been formed,we discussed with doctors and nurses again and again,and seek for opinions from the related management departments,so that we could design the new process and mode which can conform the needs of doctors and nurses,be convenient for the habits of them, and meet the requirements of management departments.After the completion of the design and code implementation,we tried to implement on some clinical department.In the process of trial, we found any problems,and we corrected problems without delay.Finally,we completed the implementation of all the clinical departments.The Oracle Database and C # language are used in the project. Oracle itself has a lot of advantages, including security, cross-platform capability, and C # language is flexible and convenient, which is an ideal development language.The implementation of CPOE frees doctors and nurses from the heavy work of writing and makes them devote more time and energy on the patient’s treatment process, which can solve the difficulty of clinics, and relieve contradiction between doctors and patients.
