Sintering production will produce heat energy exhaust gas.The use of these waste gas for steam power generation,is the steel sintering machine produced by the smelting of waste heat recovery,the production of saturated steam,matching saturated steam turbine,extraction heating power generation.The sintering machine flue gas recycling,on the one hand,reduces the pollution of the atmospheric environment,and on the other hand,saves production costs,and the company's production costs.Through the sintering process system and the use of sintering waste gas heat,in-depth study of steam power generation system,is carried out analysis and improvement of distributed control system does not meet the actual production tasks defects,and by improving the optimization of control systems and so on,ultimately power generation is improved efficient.At the same time,the actual system and the equipment selection are used to systematically study the system,and the control system of the system is optimized to realize the optimal control system.Through the study of four steam power generation systems,such as steam power generation double pressure system,single pressure system,flash system and fuel supplement system,as well as the calculation of thermodynamics and economy,it is found that the economic value and thermal characteristics of the enterprise double pressure system are the best Less material,the most reasonable design.In this paper,some characteristics of the control system are analyzed,the automatic control program is developed for the exhaust gas thermal power generation,and the automatic control is carried out to realize the optimization.Through analyzes the sintering process under the current technical conditions,analyzes the difficulties and difficulties that need to be solved in the process of exhaust gas thermal power generation,and tries to improve the production process and improve the production efficiency to achieve better economic value.
