Earthquake warning and seismic intensity report plays an important role in the earthquake relief.Rescuers can send an alert to the area where earthquake does not occur based on early warning information,at the same time,rescuers can also estimate the damage caused by the earthquake based on the intensity values,and then become a rescue "baton".Earthquake warning and seismic intensity report has important practical relief significance,therefore,this paper presents a way to achieve earthquake warning and seismic intensity report.The system is developed to solve the problem of earthquake warning and seismic intensity report.The system focuses on solving these problems.First,to monitor multiple terminal intensities,can receive data from the terminal tester safety and completely,and also can analyze the data.Second,it can judge the earthquake triggering,calculate the intensity value,and the seismic information and intensity information can be sent to the earthquake station warning server,to achieve early warning function.Third,to achieve the remote terminal intensity meter control and status monitoring,it means to real-time monitor and control the operation of the terminal intensity meter.Fourth,the system can be safe and stable running,and to ensure that the stored information is not lost.The system obtains vibration acceleration data from the surface detected by multiple terminal intensities through network transmission,analyze different types of data according to the system's custom network communication protocol,process the data after analysis,to achieve early warning and seismic intensity report,send the early warning information through the serial port to the relevant staff phone and thought the internet to the warning server.This paper first puts forward the research scheme of this system through the research of the background and the present situation at domestic and abroad,mainly studies the physical meaning and the method of data analysis of earthquake early warning and intensity reporting,system requirements analysis and the realization of the system used by the key technology research.Secondly,according to the requirements of the system to complete functional design,database design,class diagram design and early seismic warning algorithm design.Then,according to the system design,realize each function module system.The system has six software function modules: network communication transmission module,data processing module,terminal control module,file system management module,log system module and information management module.The system development environment is Windows7,development tools is Visual Studio2012,the development language is the C #,.NET Framework version is 4.5,the database is MySQL and modeling tools is StarUML.In this paper,the earthquake warning and intensity software system can achieve the earthquake early warning and intensity of the basic business process by the simulation of vibration test,can monitor and control multipurpose terminal intensities and can achieve data persistence secure storage.Through the test,the system can run for a long time,and the system has practical value.
