Earthquake is one of the most destructive disasters, especially in the case of earthquake prediction, prediction is difficult to achieve the desired results, the effective earthquake early warning management is particularly important. China is one of countries with serious earthquake disaster in the world, starting from the characteristics of our country, building a complete earthquake early warning system is at the present stage China urgently needs to solve the problems, the government in the earthquake disaster early warning system should also bear the corresponding responsibility, but also for how to quickly and effectively deal with similar natural disaster crisis provides a reference and provide a theoretical basis for the establishment of the different types of natural disaster early warning system.This paper introduces the design and implementation of the database management system of the geological structure condition database in detail. First,from the actual needs of the earthquake early warning of geological structure condition database construction of guiding ideology to the development of modular,structured, combined with the current mainstream development technologies are in-depth study; driven by the role of user data, analyzes the basic functions of the system and the composition of the. The construction of geological structure condition database can promote the construction of earthquake early warning, and provide valuable experience for the construction of earthquake early warning system in the future.
