With the development of multimedia technology,people have more and more requirements on the definition of video.720 P,1080P and other high-definition resolution has become the mainstream choice for the resolution of multimedia video application,2K,4K and other ultra clear resolution video is also refreshing the limits of video resolution again and again.With the emergence of these phenomena,some problems have gradually been highlighted.First of all,the direct consequence of video resolution upgrade is the huge enhancement in volume of video files.The result is that the amount of data needed to transmit or receive data from the other side of the network is greatly increased?Video volume has become the bottleneck of smooth video transmission performance?And with the rapid development of mobile Internet,more and more people choose to use the network video multimedia system via mobile devices,However,the instability of the mobile terminal network is difficult to support HD or even high-definition video multimedia system?In order to solve these problems,it is necessary to use a higher compression rate video coding algorithm in the network multimedia system?The appearance of new video codec standards and the emergence of the hard coding platform oriented to this standard put forward solutions to these problems.Aiming at the above problems,this paper analyzes the key problems in the development of the current multimedia applications and proposes the use of the latest codec tools to apply the more efficient H.265 video coding standard to the existing video conferencing system.First of all,this paper analyzes the advantages of the H.265 video coding standard,and then proposes and implements a hardware accelerated video codec module based on the specific codec platform and multimedia framework.Finally,according to the different environment,this paper designed a set of experimental data and test methods,and successfully tested the proposed encoder in several aspects,including system resource consumption,bandwidth consumption and decoding delay.The advantages and disadvantages of the codec component based on the H.265 video coding standard are proved by the contrast experiment.So The system implemented in this thesis is useful and with significance of popularization.
