The video conference can make people acquire the solid hour of the "face toface" to communicate, playing the more and more important role in the every field.According to actual circumstance in video-conference in the Mu Dan Jianghydroelectric station, characteristic and a net method of video equipments for the ZhongXing communication company is analyzed in this thesis. From the ITU H.323multimedia communication protocol and the architecture of a MCU system, this paper adescription on the design ideas of the video conference system for the Mu Dan Jianghydroelectric station and gives an introduction to the network structure of this system aregiven, and the resource disposition and the composition of the central node and subnodes of the hydrodynamics video conference system is analyzed especially. It was alsodetailed introduced the engineering reforms according to of video compress the codingtechnique and video code of the international standard. Whole engineering completed thevideo construction of the hydroelectric station, realizing whilst exchanges among theprovince company, two stations three grounds. The running circumstance showed theengineering reform is very successful.
